What is Oz Fit™?

From recreational to elite athletes, Oz Fit™ offers a range of sports performance training programs designed to help you achieve your full potential. As ex-athletes ourselves, we understand the physical demands of sports and will prepare you a personalized integrated approach that will not only help you move better but take you to the next level!

age 3-5.



A child's development benefits from early involvement in physical activity.

Our focus is to develop postural control to enhance motor skills, bones, and muscles.

Their cognitive and social abilities will also benefit from the group environment.

Active play through game based physical activities. Introduction to stretching & flexibility.

Balance & Stability.

Throwing, catching, kicking & Dancing.



age 6-7.



Children aged 6 and above are required to be active for at least 60 minutes every day.

This program will benefit their cardiorespiratory fitness, building strong bones and muscles.

Introducing them to bodyweight training and enhancing their technique.

Game based activities.

Stretching & flexibility.

Introduction to bodyweight training (push ups, squats, etc).

Balance & Stability.

Speed, Agility, & Quickness.

Coordination Injury prevention.



age 8-10.



With sports becoming more physically demanding, this program introduces benefits for sports performance and injury prevention.

An introduction to weight training with emphasis on proper technique.

Game based activities.

Introduction to weight training (ex. light dumbbells, medicine balls, etc).

Stretching & flexibility.

Balance & Stability Speed, Agility, & Quickness. Coordination.

Power.

age 11-17 top gun,
age 18+ top gun adult.



Group circuit fitness program designed to help you improve your posture, lose weight, and gain muscle. Designed to improve your sports performance.

• ANYWHERE at your work, home, garage, park, gym or tournament.

• EVERYWHERE across the globe, we can support you.

How does Oz virtual work?

1. Register with us & establish your Oz Virtual account, then purchase package session credits.

2. Require client to sign-up to own a Zoom account.

3. Then via your Oz Virtual account, go to our schedule page & reserve class. You will be able to view the booking in your account menu reservation feature with a virtual class Zoom link.

4. From your smart phone (android or iPhone) or any other device, setup so we can see you & click the Zoom link to start class. Note, for productivity use wireless earbuds (headphones) to hear & communicate with us while we analyse your game.

5. You may conduct class either in the gym, park or home.

6. Oz coach will be analysing & correcting your form throughout the virtual class.
